The SPL800 R is one of Velodyneâs more compact subwoofers. This sealed enclosure forward firing unit almost defies the laws of Physics with the quality and quantity of its bass output. It can easily be concealed in a cabinet but with its beautifully styled casework it can also be displayed with pride.
The SPL800 R features 2.5â dual layer voice coil, Class-D patented energy recovery digital amplifier, Kevlar reinforced drive unit and Velodyneâs exclusive âDynamic Driver Control Systemâ (DDCS) which is an active signal based system to control driver frequency and distortion characteristics.
